They’re good for one thing and one thing only - link juice!
In order for your Blogs or websites to continue to move up the search engine rankings for your keywords, you need to continue to add inbound anchored links to your websites and preferably the one -way kind.
I don’t recommend wasting your time with online directories that require reciprocal links…
Focus on free directory submissions and focus on one-way links.
