Here’s one thing I dislike about the “make money online” niche …
I had the recent displeasure of listening to a make-money-online-with-private-label-rights-products tele-seminar the other day (I don’t normally listen to tele-seminars but there was nothing else informative on my hard drive to upload into my IPOD so I got desperate OK).
The tele-seminar was by Mike Ambrosio and Willie Crawford and it was basically nothing more then pretty general and basic information on private labeling eBooks and software…
And that brings me to what I dislike about the make-money-online niche:
There really isn’t any new methods, techniques or strategies to making money online but that doesn’t stop the “gurus” from making you think there is.
So basically what the “gurus” do is give you some information for free via different forms of media (be it an eBook, a video, an audio file or in this case a tele-seminar) and withhold more basic (not more valuable information just some more basic stuff) information and charge you for it.
Unfortunately the information that Willie Crawford and Mike Ambrosio give away on this tele-seminar is so basic and so general that I actually thought less of the product that they were attempting to promote through this tele-seminar then before.
By the way, the product they were promoting was PLR Dominance by Mike Ambrosio. I don’t own it so I won’t talk about it and by no means am I bashing this product… just this atrocious waste of my time tele-seminar.
So when it comes time for the “guru’s” to promote their make-money-online product, when it comes time to give away some free content (you know to build a relationship with new prospects or leads) to generate interest and provide value, they end up with a crappy tele-seminar and they end up turning off more leads then they turn on.
People decide how good your information products are going to be based on your free content.
And if your free content sucks…
Willie Crawford and Mike Ambrosio are two pretty well respected internet marketers and I doubt that this tele-seminar is reflective of the quality of PLR Dominance but I think they could’ve really improved the tele-seminar by giving away a module or 2 from PLR Dominace on the call to give the call some more substance, build a relationship with the listeners and not make the listeners feel like they just wasted an hour of their lives that they’ll never get back.
By the way, that’s probably the last time I waste my time on a tele-seminar…
For those of you that celebrate Christmas, I hope yours was a merry one.
