Once I found the address, I discovered that the time slot had been changed to an hour earlier than I was previously told. He owes me $1200 and the contact I had today with Leslie is that Ed will be in touch. After talking to Paypal they have now requested a refund he has 11 days to respond. My Financial Institution are keen for me to talk to a Mastercard rep to see if they can help. Also had some legal advice and they have indicated he will duck and weave for ever as "he is a scam artist", but they have indicated if we can start a campaign of bombarding Paypal, Mastercard and Visa with the thousands of stories you see in the forums we will raise red flags. He also indicated a email campaign,tweet, facebook and mass blogging to stop other potential customers from being ripped off through the Money Back Guarantee will be very damaging. They showed me other ways to get his potential customers, that I can not mention in this comment. The one thing I find that is so frustrating is that if you landup on one of his networked sites, its sends you running around in circles, he is just so in your face the whole time and its the same blurb on each site of his, once can easily recognise anyone of his sites. If they are really successful, some one has written something about them. It saved me from even going any further than their website with it. One or two bad reviews mixed in with a lot of good ones is ok, but, the stuff written about this guy was what we see here, a big red flag! Mike Filsaime has been notified that he has left me, an unemployed veteran, in a real jam. But I don't think he cares. We all will have to rely on Karma to take care of our business.
