I always do a name search online before signing up for anything to see what kind of things anyone may be writing about someone. If they are really successful, some one has written something about them. It saved me from even going any further than their website with it. One or two bad reviews mixed in with a lot of good ones is ok, but, the stuff written about this guy was what we see here, a big red flag!

Me too! And I had a trusted business partner of mine partner with me, his money, and the $1997 plus the additional $600 I invested is down the tubes. And what about the “marketing agreements” we sign with the “calling center”….I asked for real contact info and nothing. Three times. Nothing. Now he is using his name and mailing list to sell the iphone app package. Trey Smith is pushing his iphone package, if he is legit, he sure partnered up with a a scammy partner. And those phone calls!!!! OMG, I wish I had a dime for every “I heard you were looking for a money making opportunity” and it all comes from Mike selling our information. Mike Filsaime has been notified that he has left me, an unemployed veteran, in a real jam. But I don’t think he cares. We all will have to rely on Karma to take care of our business. But I’m the fool for swallowing the pitch hook, line and sinker. But I’d still put my tail on the line to defend even him.

Hi Joanne,

I have the Profit Platform as well but I still have a couple of payments to go but they offered discount 50% so only one payment to go but they cannot process the payment for some reason and as it is on hold so to speak I cannot cancel it according to my bank. I need proof of failure on Mike Filsiames part to get a full refund and you mentioned the automation is a joke and I gather the CD or newsletter were not sent, is this correct as I could use this to get my refund?

I wish I had found this site before I signed up as I checked a couple of places, fraudwatches and wholesale forums, they had nothing to say about him or his company, very costly error!

OMG!!! Joanna, my story is almost identical! I have dealt with Nancy and Ed. and the check is in the mail….. or it’s the holiday. Then they go missing for awhile til I start to threaten again. I am waiting for the $1494.00 back since May 2011. I will continue to keep you up to date on this transaction because I have now threaten exposure. I have emails to back uup every statement in this article. So, give up now Mike Filsaimne. That is why he has paid for Trademarks. To protect himself, LOL!!! Guilty before proven innocent??? Good Luck to all of you. I wish I had read thisbefore I had invested.

I unfortunately am new to internet marketing and I bought Mike
Filsaime’s Profit Platform. After my first payment I tried to cancel.
I told them I did not want any more sites and I did not want to pay any more. I even explained I was running into desperate financial trouble and tried this as a way out. I sent a registered letter to cancel and emailed them. Not once have I heard from them and he continues to bill me for the full fees. He does not care about anybody because he will even take money away from somebody who is desperately trying to survive!!!! SCAM ARTIST !!!!!

I also fell for the scam, it took some time, but I was able to get back my money fortunaltly, maybe by then he straightened out, I don’t know, but I still had to go through the act of god to get it back, needless to say i not longer do business with him or any one that is connected to him. It always pays to do a little research first.

I’m waiting for my refund of $1997 for over 5 weeks now after being told by Nancy Mahey, the Customer Support Mgr that the cheque is in the mail. This is over 5 months now since I asked for my money back. I thought that after the official statement from her being sent to BBB Serving Metropolitan it would happen. Is it the case od the cheque being lost in the post? Nancy Mahey replied that the distance to Australia is the cause of delay. How come all other correspondence from the States takes maximum 5 days?
Also there is another problem. Mike Filsaime shares or sells his customers’ private information. I have been approached by Matthew More last week and Roy Alexander today trying to sell me their services. The both of them told me that they are calling because I purchased an internet marketing product from Mike Filsaime and they want to know how serious I am and they have something better to offer. What a scam!!!!

I have never sent this money, thankfully. However, I have read his stuff and I’m not too impressed. He just says the same thing everyone else says. Boring.
