My Take On Squidoo, Hub Pages And Blogger Blogs…

I mentioned this a bit in my post yesterday and I thought it would be a good reason to further explain why I’m not a huge fan of Squidoo Lenses, Hub Pages or Blogger Blogs…
It’s not that I don’t like these sites I just don’t like them for making money…
Right off the bat all of these websites have their uses and I do use them occasionally but they’re not a big part of my day to day activities… Whenever I do build a Squidoo Lens, a Hub Page or a Blogger Blog I usually build it with the sole purpose of creating link juice for some of my other “money” sites so I don’t spend a lot of time on them and I rarely put any type of monetization efforts into them.
Pretty much I build them, I get them indexed, I link them to my money sites and I move on. Guys don’t forget this whole make money online/ internet marketing thing revolves around creating inbound links to your money sites… mmm’kay and every now and again you’re going to find yourself in a niche where you need a few extra links to get you to the top ranking in Google and this is where Squidoo Lenses, Hub Pages and Blogger Blogs come into play for me…
Make money online with Squidoo, Hub Pages and Blogger Blogs?
I know some internet marketers making some good money online with Blogger Blogs but it’s just not my thing and neither is making money online with Squidoo Lenses or Hub Pages…
I don’t like the fact that Google loves Squidoo one second (meaning they’ll rank Squidoo Lenses high in the SERP’s) and the next they’re slapping Lens owners silly and practically de-indexing them and their lenses. This happens because internet marketers abuse Squidoo Lenses and eventually Google sees all of Squidoo as a haven for spammers and everyone on the Squidoo platform gets punished.
I don’t like that so I put all of my good content on my own domains that I own and control.
It seems Hub Pages is attempting to address the problem that Squidoo is having by having some pretty strict guidelines for creating Hub Pages and that sounds good but if you ask me all the extra effort isn’t worth it (have you seen the length of some Hub Pages?)… again I rather have one of my sites moving up the rankings and I rather not worry about some admin having a bad day and deleting my Hub and all of my hard work and efforts with it because they think it’s too spammy.
No thanks. I think I’ll pass.
Now of all these Blogger Blogs probably get abused the most by black hatters and spammers but me thinks because they’re owned by Google that they get a free pass an,
I have a “blog farm” of Blogger Blogs and I use them like I mentioned earlier to pass on link juice to my money affiliate sites and I also use them to get some new Blogs or sites indexed quickly…
Blogger Blogs are quick and easy to set up and that makes them ideal for this application since I’m looking for something that won’t take a lot of time to set up or maintain since I’ll be building a decent number of them.
Squidoo Lenses, Hub Pages and Blogger Blogs are all good for passing on link juice to your money sites and you should use them to diversify the links coming into your sites.
I just don’t like to make money online with them…
