I’ve been busy promoting the 70 some domains I picked up a short while ago. I’ve developed a formula that I’m using to promote my sites initially and then a few months down the road I plan on checking up on them and seeing where they end up in the search engine rankings. The little formula I put together should be able to get most of my sites to the first spot in Google in most cases I think once Google starts to count my links. I’ve made it more of a process now more then anything else and the whole purpose behind doing that was to standardize the process and then see where I could automate some more to save more time.
Obviously I’m focusing on a lot of long tail keyword combinations on these websites but I’m also focusing a lot on two word phrases on some of these sites so it should be interesting to see how quickly I can get some of these sites ranked.
As to why I haven’t been posting on this Blog it’s really quite simple… This Blog doesn’t make any money. If you’re still posting daily on your “how to earn money online” blog or on your make money online Blog waiting for the traffic to come welcome from the warrior forum:-)
Depending on how long you’ve been working on your how to earn money online blog you’ve probably figured out that it takes an awful lot of hard work to get traffic to your Blog and then when the traffic gets there they don’t buy anything. That’s because the only people buying stuff in the make money online niche are noobs. And I don’t know about you but I can’t sell those $77 “get Rich Quick” ebooks. Just can’t do it when I know they don’t work…
So yea I build mad sites and I promote them. Right now I’m working on three types of sites:
- WordPress Blog with Adsense
- WordPress Blog with phpBayPro
- WordPress pushing affiliate products and eBooks outside of how to earn money online niche.
WordPress is the shit because these sites get indexed quickly with minimal work. I try to buy pre-owned domains but once I decide on a niche I buy a domain even if it’s new. Sometimes new is better because you can keyword stuff your domain. I’m convinced lately that having your targeted keywords in your domain is close to a must. Lately when I’m doing keyword research in a niche and the number one site has the keywords in the domain I usually just keep moving… nothing to see here… especially when some of the keywords I research have websites in the number one spot that have ZERO anchored links for the targeted keywords.

I’ll take that number one spot and your paycheck! And if you didn’t already know that’s why you build a bunch of niche sites instead of focusing all of your efforts on one site in an industry that is already saturated to the gills. It’s easy money once you learn search engine optimization.
As far as the “formula” part of the promotion of my websites it’s basically all about getting links to your site. So I do all the routine things like bookmark, submit to online directories, submit articles to article directories, comment on Blogs, submit my RSS feed, post on forums with a sig and here are some things I’ve been spending a lot more time on lately as well as a couple of new things…
So like I said I’m trying to automate some things so I’ve signed up with Article Marketer and Article Marketing Automation. No affiliate links because I don’t know if they work yet. AMA was working out sweet for a while. Article Marketing Automation is a membership site where you submit articles and other webmasters post your articles (with your links) on their websites. Like I said it was working out sweet for a while because you would write an article and like a week later it would be on like 50 websites. Well that all ended when free hosted blogs like Blogger and Tumblr put it in their TOS that is a violation to use AMA articles on their platforms… DOH! The bad thing about AMA is that it’s $47 a month so I’m eager to see what the developers do to offset these recent changes that has slowed down article distribution. I originally signed up with AMA to create a low quality link Blog farm and for a few days I was building blogger Blogs like crazy but that’s all come to an end now…
So since users can’t use free Blog platforms with AMA anymore I decided to pick up 20 some .info domains to replace the free blogging platforms. After a week or two some of them are now starting to get indexed and now I’m getting ready to do some BMD scuttle runs and shortly thereafter I’ll b adding my links. Not the greatest quality link farm I know but it takes like 5 minutes a day to add articles from the Article Marketing Automation users to your websites. And I have them all on a separate ip address so it’s another link from another ip right?
On to Article Marketer…
I started up with this site recently also and between AMA and Article Marketer I seem to be doing a lot of writing… All in the purpose of promoting my new network of sites I suppose. Basically with Article Marketer you submit an article and then they submit it to their network of sites which I assume is mostly comprised of directories. Anyhow like I said i just started using it so I’ll let you know what and how the links from Article Marketer do for my sites.
That’s pretty much it and the sad thing is I still have a few things that I want to get to as far as site building goes…
If you want to learn how to earn money online it’s important that you realize that trying to make all of your income from one site is really hard especially if it’s in a competitive niche… It’s much easier to target less competitive niches and long tail keywords because it will be a lot easier for you to get traffic to those sites. It will take you a decent amount of time to get a website ranking in a competitive niche and in that “time” I really hop you don’t have to make any money. And remember personally I try to focus on search engine traffic specifically because in my opinion it is the best converting and that type of traffic will take a while to rank for as well. So if you want to earn money online start building and start link building as well because links take a while to get counted as well. I’ll post reviews on Article Marketing Automation and Article Marketer as soon as I get a better idea of how effective they are.

Really enjoying your stuff! This is the last post I read and into the first paragraph I started to wonder…….how is this person making any money off this blog, there’s no ads or anything……..and then you answered my question, you’re not, which is great………for me! Seriously though I’m a newb at all this and from reading through your posts hear(and a million others) it seems like I have a shit ton to learn to really make even a decent monthly income! I’ve just been doing some eBay arbitrage tying into my knowledge of toner and inkjet recycling and sales. Would you suggest any particular starting point as far as research is concerned for IM in general and specifically flipping/selling websites? In all sincerity I appreciate your no-nonsense approach, I’ll continue to browse the blog,
